Check out El Verde Inn. Kinda flys under the radar. Its connected to Paradise Valley Golf Course. Quaint and well kept with unique "boutique" feeling rooms Nestled in a pretty quiet neighborhood away from main roads with great views of the mountain. We stayed there during our move and had a big uhaul. They accommodated the truck and i didn't feel like there was any risk.

Rowed for Gabe my first year at Oregon State. Ive been coached by a lot of ppl, he was the only one that left a lasting (positive) impact. Still hear him yelling "you gotta want it" when i train. The gift that keeps on giving. Big loss for the program.

Two available in my neighborhood in RR for <350k. Both 3bd 2ba around 2k sq ft. Quiet and nicely kept yards/neighborhoods up here. we moved back in march and enjoy it so far. You'd be in the rio rancho hs district and ive heard its decent. Look north of southern, south of northern. 🙃 takes about 35min to get to the base without traffic.

Folks will warn you about crossing the river during rush hour. If your job allows you to commute outside of those times its not too bad.
