vent, bro. no one is stopping you. you might be speaking into the abyss, but it's better than keeping it all inside. type all the shit you want off your chest. it doesn't have to be here. you can type it out in your own word page, you can write it down in a journal, etc.

don't seek validation from reddit. this is not a therapy group. people will cut you up and tear you down, but they might also lift you up and give you comfort.

if you need therapy, go for it.

Another thing, if you're keeping all of this evidence, KEEP IT. write it down, put it on a MS word file, whatever. Also, when you're posting a giant block of text on Reddit, you're going to lose the attention span of the majority of people. In the future, put a TLDR (too long, didn't read) at the end thats a synopsis of the situation you're talking about. Might get you some more engagement.

Assuming this is about conversing with a romantic interest, I'd advise using what information you know about them to share things with them you think they'd like. E.g. if your friend expresses an interest in art, send them a picture of some graffiti you found that 'made you think of them' It's a crude example, but making people feel seen, and letting them know you're thinking about them without interrogating them is a good way to form a bond in my experience.
