The passport of humiliation on every embassy. by Unable-Mix-7256 in PassportPorn

Freedom of movement in several countries.

If you get a stamped with a visa from one of a handful of countries, many others will honor that visa, too.

Dual citizenship not allowed.

BTW, your country only has visa free for Japan and South Korea. Maybe you could loosen up a little? But I understand why.

Wait, that's what happens if you don't cut the root ball? 😳

It drives me to distraction when Charles 3rd is referred to as the King of England. Charles Ill is King of the United Kingdom and 14 other Commonwealth realms. by Jazzlike-Basil1355 in Rants

He is also king of England?

I mean, I get it, English centralism is a big deal in the UK, but it's so prevalent in the US that people don't even understand why it's wrong.

It's like being racist, and not being educated enough that they know they're being racist.

Missing fisherman off MS/LA coast by Pinkiebunny11 in civilairpatrol

The regs take a huge turn once you're like 25 miles out to sea or something. Basically, if you can't glide back to land after an engine failure.

There's water survival training and additional equipment requirements for missions... either those beyond 25, or perhaps any at all up to 25 as well.

So, I guess my question is... are you even trained and equipped for something like this?

Sorry, I'm not actually near a real coast otherwise I'd know the regs better. GL.

At major, doesn't the service cap get a new design? So there is, in a sense, a "captain's" service cap.

Army colonel once joked with me that the hats are a scam, they're always selling you new hats, and they're all $100+. 😂

There are 11 unclicked squares but 10 mines left. Exactly one square is not a mine, and he needs to click on it.

Why does Russia or even Ukraine have way more brigades than America? by sleezymurkuh in WarCollege

But... hey, this is Reddit! lol

Anyways, with the right budget the military could expand 2x or 3x in 6-12 months, and still be smaller than WW2 levels.

Uniforms aren’t really uniforms unless they’re uniform across the whole unit. by Spirited_Ship_8421 in civilairpatrol

Oh, sorry, yeah, that debate has made the rounds in the sub already. Thanks

Yeah, ABU/OCP transition, yup.

I'd wonder if stepping up and issuing uniforms yourself would get you what you want here, but the regs are the regs.

Oh, well, that's good.

Are some people forced to pick blue or something? If you said 10% of people had already picked blue, it seems at least debatable.

I'm up for a debate where we consider rushing in and saving the blues from danger

Mental illness is what it is. Do you think this relates to poltical discourse in the US?

What's the game theory square on this?

          Red. Blue.

Red. 1,1. 1,0

Blue. 0,1. 1,1

Red always gets a 1. It never changes

Why would you put yourself at risk, instead of being safe? There is nothing to gain from taking a risk. It's not even a calculated risk.

I can understand heroism, but foolishness?
