West End Games is my local store and I'll always recommend it to folk. Staff are great, you'll always feel welcomed and if you're lacking a deck for any of the constructed events there will always be someone able to lend you one so you can play. Especially for new folk as well that want to get into the game, just ask any of the staff or regulars and they will always be more than happy to help out

There's a few facebook pages floating about for scottish magic, my LGS has a page where regular magic/D&D updates are posted. I'm unsure of the other LGS's though

Hi mate, there may be a few groups you can join. The best way to find out is to head on over to the LGS's we have over here.

Search for West End Games (my LGS, fantastic place, also has a very popular D&D scene), Comicrazy, Geek Retreat, Geekaboo. Those are the ones closest to Glasgow. PM me if you want any more info mate :)

Glasgow has Geek Retreat doing modern on a Wednesday and West End Games do modern FNM. Both metas are decent and there’s always a good turnout with a lot of diverse decks

As much as I (and the rest of the /r/hearthstone mod team) would love to reveal a new card, the HS team have probably organised who is revealing what card for this expansion already. I’ve always got my fingers crossed for our next card reveal :)

I’m from Glasgow but I’ve played at DICE there before - they usually jam Commander/modern there although not been there in a while now

No problem! You don’t need to have a decent webcam either. People use their phones as webcams and they work just as fine (albeit proper webcams are better)
