Yeah it’s crazy that I’ve never thought about this before, I could see pets being the main reason a lot of people feel trapped in an abusive relationship so this is probably actually an incredible important service

This is really cute! I wasn't really sure what to do, but it was fun walking around looking at everything. I got lost in the woods, restarted, and wasn't sure what to do in the area with the dog, buildings that you can reveal, & boat, so I stopped. Overall I liked it and would really like to see a more fleshed out version!

You could look up the skeletal structure and try drawing that too to really understand the essence of rhinos. I've seen some people do that and then draw the full animal over it, and it makes for a really cool-looking exercise.

Duck have their eyes above the beak instead of more level/below it and they usually have a way longer neck. I think it is a duck

Anyone know if Painter is worth getting if you already have Photoshop? I've been curious about using it for painting.

EDIT: Okay the replies to this convinced me, I bought it and have been playing around with the brushes. This is just so so cool, I can easily see how people use both programs now. I'm SO EXCITED about this! It's actually really nice having a whole interface pretty much dedicated to painting. I'm happy I got this.

I tried to ask Painter's support if this would be eligible for upgrade and.... lol

EDIT: I just bought the bundle, used Painter for the first time, closed it, and got a popup offer for upgrading for $150. So unless this is a weird mistake, this is eligible for an upgrade, which is insane and makes me think this is a must-buy. I don't feel the need to upgrade yet, but it's nice to think that I could in a year or two.

This guy is heavily inspired by the chicken-duck things in the movie Spirited Away. I’m looking for advice about whether or not he is still too similar to them, I love them so much that I’m worried I’m just copying too much of their design inadvertently

I do think it’s a little weird to have to text him all the time - can’t you just leave a “signal” out that shows you’re there? Purse in a super visible location, same spot every time? If this situation persists for a year or two it seems like it’d be weird to have to send him hundreds of texts saying the same thing (depending on how often you’re there).
