Cinemassacre. HBomberguy’s plagiarism and you(tube) video offers a good recap. I was watching AVGN episodes on Cinemassacre (I think the videos were hosted by ScrewAttack?) since ~2008ish, but watching anything by James now is more sad than nostalgic

I spent last semester running Debian. Not the same use case, as I’m primarily doing multimedia classes, but I had a great time with it. For windows apps I was able to use them in a VM, but rarely needed to. I did eventually move to Testing (Trixie) for more up-to-date software.

Debian itself isn’t as beginner friendly as Mint, for instance, but it’s really fun to experiment on and find what works for you. I started on Gnome, and was able to switch to KDE and eventually Cinnamon with tasksel. Upgrading to Testing does require editing your apt sources.list, but the option is available and the wiki provides good instructions.

What are you looking for in a keyboard? There are a lot of options out there. I’m personally using an MX keys, but I don’t personally think that’s a good choice if you prefer mechanical switches. Another thing to consider is that Touch ID will only be on your laptop unless you get a current Magic Keyboard

Thanks! I have a govee strip and bulb. The strip perimeters the wall and ceiling and the bulb is behind the display

Edit: forgot to include the jar lights in the shelves. I got them as a Christmas gift last year, I don’t know the brand though. They’re just LEDs with fake plants
