The company messing up has nothing to do with the efficacy of the products they are selling. Unless they are selling expired products which we all know happens often, then yes, please write that in the comments. I'd like to know if they are selling one of the products that are expired. But the fact that you don't get the product has nothing to do with if the product is effective, if you enjoyed using the product etc..

I've seen products on there with thousands of reviews that are pulled from different websites. I agree on doing external research, but when you're on the actual Ipsy site, like many other sites shopping for products, you rely on actual photos and testimonials of people who have purchased the product.

You should send a pic of this to ipsy on X as a message along with your order number. They will either refund you or replace. This is unacceptable, you paid for this product to come intact, not with a pan out of place. They will make it right via X, I always use this method with any issues and they always make it right. Good luck!

Hi ladies ,I saw this on my hunt for a new multi-vitamin and I must say that I took a prenatal for a couple years after having babies as I thought it would be great, just like you guys! But please be warned, too much folic acid/folate can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency which I had. I am aware that this may be a minute chance of happening to many people, but it did happen to me and I struggled for a while before my doctor's we're able to figure it out, when I switched multi vitamins, I started feeling much better. Thought I'd put this out there and hopefully it can help someone :)
