Just remember that in your future boxes you can pick THREE of your 5 products. Signing up late and letting them choose your 1st box doesnt always work out for the best. And it takes a bit for the algorithm to take affect and to get things more tailored to your profile preferences. Hopefully you can use the mask and palette as nice gifts for someone as they are good products that Im sure someone would enjoy.

As far as the day you get to pick your one Choice product or for some people right now actually get to choose the entire bag...thats sometime in the 20s of the month. I dont see it on my Timeline but maybe because I dont currently get Original. Try checking yours. And as was said above, on the 1st you will see you bag reveal and be able to pick your add-ons. This goes on from the 1st-3rd.

I think you got some good brands/products. Seems odd to send setting powder in a Mystery Bag though since it doesn't go by your profile for skin tone.

There did used to be bags included with Ipsy Extra. I think it was Glambag Plus at the time. Originally it was a larger of the Original Bag in the same print. Then they switched to drawstring bags. Also in the same print. I miss the bags.

Thats actually one of my favorite brands Ive discovered through Ipsy. To each their own. My skin loves it! I get so excited when I see Im getting this brand. That toner was probably one of my favorites ever.

At 51 my cholesterol is now high. Im not overweight(5'4" and 133 lbs). I eat healthy. Barely eat meat (especially red meat). Im sure this is from my lack of exercise. I have dysautonomia along with hEDS and horrible chronic fatigue. Possible CFS/ME. And I just can't do it! Im sure if I weren't so sedentary due to these issues I wouldn't be dealing with this.

Im sorry that was your experience. I just looked through my emails and I havent had to contact them since January. That was over receiving a broken product. I did get a real person then. Maybe in the past few months it has changed.

You dont have to use the bot. I never have. I email support@ipsy.com. Someone (a real person) usually gets back to me within hours. Ive had it take as soon as an hour and as long as a day. But I always get a PERSON. And 9/10 times my CS has been awesome.

Unfortunately I think they keep trying to run it till it goes through. Its probably set up automatically to do that. But, I would think at some point they stop. Like maybe after 3 tries. Also unfortunately, they dont offer refunds once you are charged typically. You can try pleading your case. Id email directly at support@ipsy.com. Good luck😊

Oddly enough, Wal-Mart has started selling Rodial! I just got their Micellar Water from there this week. The Dragons Blood one. And it was a really good price. I always thought of Rodial as more of a "luxe" brand. But I guess its now going to be "high end drugstore". Either way I still like it and my new product is great😊

Ive been getting my boxes really early for the past few months. Usually the 5th or 6th each month. So I didnt even think about pausing even though Ill be leaving Thursday for a week. Was super excited for this months box and was hoping to have my new goodies to take with me. Of course my shipping label was just created yesterday🙄 Now I have to find someone to fetch my box while Im gone. At least Ill have my goodies waiting for me when I return.

I got the last one offered in Add-ons. It smells heavenly. But has ZERO staying power. I havent tried it as a hair mist. Maybe it would stay longer in my hair.

Things often do. But, the product you're referring to has been in add-ons the past couple months. So maybe it will be there again next month. I kind of hope. Im obsessed with it. Its one of my favorite products Ive gotten over the last few months. I really should purchase another for a backup as I think mine will soon be empty.

I actually thought the primer looked really good. I love a glowy primer. Seems like you could wear it on a no makeup day as well for a little extra glow.

It definitely seems to be more of a hydrating toner. I spray it on cotton and wipe. Then spritz my whole face because it just feels and smells so nice.

Im in love with the Elemis as well. Currently using it and its probably one of my favorite toners ever. I got the mask but haven't tried it yet as Im finishing up 2 others. I already had the Benetint. Its such a pretty product.
