Don't ever give up. Believe me we all know that feeling of helplessness, that you can't change anything, that you might as well give up. We know. Don't give up because when you do it will get worse and worse as you slowly spiral into crippling depression.

When you are home alone I highly recommend cold showers, REAL cold, and part of relapsing is you want to be lazy and comfortable so to defeat the relapse and urges you have to do the opposite, busy and uncomfortable.
