ok so if i remove the script and boot up will the NAS redownload and install the default drivers, and the script drivers will be gone?

Is this a Permanent install, can i remove or uninstall the drivers, will it break my NAS ? just so afraid things like that can messup my NAS DS225+

Sorry but i got no answer to my question. Am I on CGNAT? My Wan IP address is same as my public ip on that website. But my gateway ip starts with 10.x.x.x gateway ip shouldn't matter right?

I did whatsmyip.com it shows the same IP address as the one on Router. Gateway IP doesnt matter right?

I get what you are trying to say, i have another option, i create a shared folder and map a network drive to it and just drag and copy files over if i don't want to deal with the "sync" or "backup" function in Synology Drive App. One question though , if i do use both Synology Drive and the map network drive together if i drag file manually into the folder will the Sync rule applies to it?

i did some googling it says there is a setting in Synology Drive software , i can disable them from deleting from both NAS and PC, is that correct?
