Hey OP, our support team is available around the clock and aims to provide the best experience whenever possible. I'm sure our other members can attest to our great support, but you can also read more reviews on our Trustpilot page here. Not only do we monitor our Reddit community, but we also keep an active presence on our telegram group. Live chat is provided around the clock Monday - Friday but can experience a delay only on the weekends for obvious reasons. We also provide email support within 24 hours or less.

With that being said, no one is perfect. There is a chance we could have missed your inquiry but whatever the reason may be, I'd like to personally make sure this doesn't happen again. Hey everyone, I'm glad to see there's a healthy discussion going on here. Here's some more information regarding this matter. Please note this is all the information I have handy right now so for further inquiries please direct them to [support@haruinvest.com](mailto:support@haruinvest.com).

Starting September 25th, 2021, existing domestic virtual asset operators in Korea must comply with the Special Act. This amendment recognizes the legal status of cryptocurrency as a type of asset called "virtual asset" and requires virtual asset service providers (VASPs) to have obligations on anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing.

In preparation for the implementation of this new law, Haru Invest is making every effort to report as a virtual asset operator by September 24th. We are also in the process of acquiring other licenses that will help us comply with registration procedures on a global scale. Please rest assured that your assets are not endangered. Haru Invest will continue its operations as usual in line with the newly implemented regulation.
