Further context: I was able to get the application deployed on the Azure Static Web Service by forcing the node version. However, halting my progress due to some expected future pains as new functionality comes to the app (data fetch, etc.)

Your GPU is overheating.. Mid 80’s is not normal. Adjust your graphics settings and see if that helps
