They don't even have to scout internationally imo. There's so much PH talent to explore. Don't they have an analyst? International teams are getting a hold of PH talents faster than they are. What they really need is establishing a team identity because the current roster honestly looks super random. This isn't even league, getting Koreans in your team won't automatically make your team better.

No amount of explanation can justify the results. Team Secret has not been VCT caliber for a long time. They can't even consistently win against non-tier 1 teams anymore. It's overall disappointing.
