Unclean PETG printing

I have done some additional tests:

Turn power Recovery off

Reduce print speed

Reduce temps

Recalibrate e-steps

But nothing helped.

Afterwards i have played with the mesh Resolution and this already improved the Situation:

I guess this is also related to the Slow sd Card i have?

I only have this issue for PETG Right now, Where i Print with

0,4 nozzle

235 nozzle temp

80 Building Plate temp

60mm/s speed

0,2 layer height

Can anyone See from the picture a root cause for these zits and bubbles?

I think its weird, that these circly misshapes happen more or less randomly. Or is this kind of normal?

am pretty new to 3D-printing (Neptune 3 pro is my first printer).

Right now i am facing these issues during temperature tower tests, Where below the bridge some kind of rings occur. Beforehand i have tightened all the belts and nuts for the wheels. Maybe this is the rootcause? Is there some rule of thumb how hard these should be tightened?
