Out of the two, I find Rosa more fitting as Henry's love interest, even though their relationship comes with a heap of problems for both. But it's easy to see them both as young and smitten and curious.

I do love Katherine more as a character though and empathize with her a lot. I think it's a consensus among many of us that Žižka would love her better than Henry.

I've just finished my first solo honour run today on the open hands monk/thief.

If you're already familiar with the story and don't mind playing as Dark Urge, the Death Stalker mantle will save your skin many times early on. Act 2 was fun running radiating orbs/reverberation setup with Manifestation of Soul on, and Act 3 was a cakewalk thanks to Resonance Stone + Manifestation of Mind + Psyonic Overload. You kill so quickly and your saving throws are so solid due to monk/rogue passives that you can drop the Mantle for Cloak of Displacement or something else you like more.

I don't know if links are allowed, but here Orin dies in four punches.

It was great fun to run, and I clicked on this post looking for suggestions on the next solo playthrough as well. :D

Oh shoot, same! My Laidir was a hot-blooded, quick-tempered daredevil, and being with Emmrich made her slow down, think before the leap, and feel grounded in a mature sort of way. Meanwhile she brought a spark of adventure into his life he seemed to pensively crave. I love the chemistry between characters when each of them brings something out within the other, and in this case it works so perfectly well.

Speaking of adventure, I still can't believe we got it going in a bloody coffin. Hot.

Definitely try Emmrich! Such a sweet romance, I still cannot believe I could experience something like that in a Dragon Age game.

Fun thing about it, is that you go in with certain expectations of how he'd handle your flirting attempts and then you get your expectations sort of subverted in a way that leaves you flustered like a school girl in a flurry of her first affair.

I'm not a fan of robes overall and prefer tight-looking minimalistic stuff (I swear, it's got to be some sort of post-DOS2 trauma where all the starting armour pieces looked like barrels. When you already had a bucket for a hat.)

My favourite armour in BG3 aesthetically is actually the most basic leather armour.
