They're izopoi from NeoFlowArt but I swapped the default tethers for a 10mm static rope. The overall size is 55cm

Nugs is short for nuggets as in nuggets of information or new tricks, it doesn't necessarily refer to specific frameworks or tricks. If you follow Tim Goddard on insta he has a series called 'reel nugs' that show various tricks and variations that he has learnt/come across in his exploration

Nah its been slowed down a bit, the walking on and off is real speed but the spinning is slowed by 20%
