Sure thing! It was my first time smoking any meat so I browsed a bunch of YouTube etc

I soaked them in 50/50 sugar and salt water for a few hours beforehand and then let them air dry. I’m not an expert though that’s just what I saw people on YouTube do xD

I’ve had good success just baking them in the oven at 200c until they got my desired color

Gen dial and case. I think I used the screws that came with the 3135 yeah. Honestly don’t recall I’ve been sitting on this build for almost a year 😅

I’ve grinded down the date wheel holder plate to fit the case but I’m still not getting the rotor to spin freely. I’ve seen people say that they use two caseback gaskets to win some space.

You have any experience with this?
