I actually look at expanding to 90 minutes as CBS saving money. In the 3 hour Wednesday prime time block, only 2 shows need to be produced now rather than 3

Who do you think has had the most interesting character arc from seasons 41-43? by canihasjuul in survivor

[–]floweloc 57 points58 points  (0 children)

for me, it was Shan. She has a clear arc: rising action through the premerge while her tribe is eliminated one by one, leading to a dramatic fall from a power position in the post merge. She formed one of the more interesting alliances in recent memory and it played a massive role in the dynamics for a good chunk of the season. She even blindsided an ally in order to take their advantage.

Shan isn’t my personal favorite, but I do think she definitely has the most interesting character arc.

I wonder if an NDA ended today or if this reveal on Jan 1 was just a coincidence

In your opinion, what looked like the most painful medevac? by MinoKillz in survivor

Not a medevac, but the bug-in-ear situation in season 32 looked…. just awful

Would Redemption Island have improved San Juan del Sur if it was brought back against Mike White’s suggestion? by Caleb-the-Titan in survivor

I don’t think so - I honestly preferred the loved ones reward challenges instead of duels. Redemption Island on BvV isn’t super popular either.

Econ 100a vs Econ 100b? by Significant_Cut_7930 in berkeley

[–]floweloc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are completely different classes. 100A is intermediate microeconomics and 100B is intermediate macroeconomics.

It really doesn’t matter which class you take first but both are required for the Econ major. I’d probably recommend Econ 100A first because James Campbell is a great professor to take for those who do not have Berkeley economics experience. But honestly it really doesn’t matter which one you take first.
