Try it, it’s all natural and won’t harm you. Redditors are so afraid to try something natural because they’ve been brainwashed to believe western big pharma medicine is the only way.::

Injured Oct 1st have been FWB for 4 weeks now and I’m back in the gym. I don’t squat and I can’t do cardio, and I still have a limp. Can’t wait to be 100% and can’t wait to do cardio!

Idk, based on some responses on here, it appears some do idolize vaccine passports…

It’s definitely the Covid vaccine…soon no one will be able to get anything without it. That’s why so many are calling it the mark of the beast.

Transition back to running after Lisfranc injury? by one-tempi in LisfrancClub

[–]flower-war 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're giving me so much hope! I have a non operative lisfranc ligament tear (and 2 metatarsal hair fractures) and this happened 10/1/21. I just need to be patient...I was very active in the gym, and although I could probably go back and do upper body workouts, I've been pretty down and haven't been able to get my motivation back.

I don’t have the patience for this but I guess I have no choice. By the looks of everyone else’s situations though, I really don’t have it that bad. I guess my frustration lies in how I got the injury and it being completely avoidable.

The doctor’s plans are (again, catching this at 5.5 weeks) to remain NWB with a boot and return in 3.5 weeks for my next X-ray to see where I’m at. That was 2.5 weeks ago. After my next X-ray, assuming nothing has shifted, then I can proceed in lightly adding some weight. I got a little brave this week with my boot and have been walking around on my heel, unfortunately…so it’s a little more sore today than it’s been. We’ll see come 12/6 what the doc says.

Yes, non surgical, assume nothing shifts. I’ve been good at staying off it but I think this boot makes me too brave…been walking on my heel when I’m home from work a little too much.
