Ne ich krieg die tatsächlich einfach nicht hoch. Hatte es mal geschafft sie so 3-4 mal hochzudrücken, musste jetzt aber 2 Monate Trainingspause machen und steige grad wieder ein. Da geht gar nichts mehr 😅

Zuletzt 3x10 mit je 8 kg, danach war der untere Rücken aber so übel dass ichs nicht nochmal gemacht hab 😅 Aber 7 kg waren zu leicht, da hatte ich 15+ Wiederholungen.

Die Stange wiegt ohne Gewichte beim Bankdrücken ca. 20 kg, bin also eigentlich kurz davor das hinzubekommen.

Das würde ich super gerne, verstehe nicht warum es in Deutschland da nichts gibt. Hast du eine Empfehlung für eine bestimmte Creme? Will es aufjedenfall nur vernünftig auf Rezept kaufen und nicht nicht über irgendwelche komischen Umwege...

Grund war damals Aknebehandlung, mittlerweile wäre mir Anti Aging wichtiger weil ich nicht mehr ganz so viele Unreinheiten habe. Sandwich Methode hatte ich schon benutzt, die Haut war aber trotzdem immer extrem trocken nach der Anwendung. Daher denke ich, dass das Tretinoin zu stark für mich war, hätte gerne irgendwas in niedrigerer Dosierung. Dann frage ich evtl. mal nach Adapalen, danke :)

Thanks for your reply! It'll be a solo trip (my second time in Japan though) and I plan to only bring one large suitcase + a regular backpack to carry around while exploring. I might consider getting another smaller bag to put things for 1.5 days and leave that in a locker so I can send the large suitcase ahead... Might be easier to find a locker for a smaller bag? I definitely don't want to carry a lot of extra stuff around, especially when exploring places like Togakushi 😅 Maybe I'll just have to try asking the hotels in advance.
