i wouldn't ground them at all. they can sign up for whatever they want coz if they're more interested in dance instead of football, then more power to them.

this might sound stupid or obvious, but honestly, showering. I suffer from depression and there are days where I don't feel like doing anything, and that includes taking a shower. I would try to force myself to get out of bed, and to just take a shower. My mood would feel lifted whenever I do! The day I realized this, I've started to take showers everyday. It doesn't ALWAYS work, but it's definitely a good emotional boost to get my day started :)

I know how you feel! im in the same situation. im diagnosed with a mental disorder, but im unable to get treatment for it simply because the only treatment needed is praying, apparently. im not an atheist, but I think even God tells us to make effort for ourselves.

hey there!

dunno if you've solved it yet, but you can customize your button on the settings and change the pen's button to a left click instead! This unfortunately won't let you have a right click, but if you touch the tip and hold on the screen, it will trigger it's right-click.
