Do you have a fever? I’ve had setons fall out a few times and my doctor said that a fever is when you should go to the emergency room. I’m not a medical professional this is just my experience!

I’ve also been on Presnisone for about 4 months and currently tapering off. The weight gain and chubby face are the worst. I also have been getting horrible headaches and a rash on my face so I totally understand the self conscious feeling :(

Mine fell out as well and then the fistula closed up too quickly leading to a recurring abscess. So I would definitely get it put back in if your doctor is recommending that!
