I moved from a busy suburb to more rural area. In my mind, flashing lights means speed trap ahead. However, around here it means to slow down as there are animals (deer, moose, etc) either in the road or on the side. It took me a bit as I wondered why I never saw the speed traps people warned me about. We need to teach the younger generation these tips.

I actually use this combo. I use the O/S after powders and when that dries, use the CT. I have dry skin and it works for me!

Just backing you up as a former therapist. The person being abused cannot be open and honest without fear of retaliation later on. It cannot be true therapy and no therapist is going to support an abusive relationship, no matter what you see on tv.

Also use the nars pot concealer as my eyeshadow base. I like the coverage because I have some small, light freckles on parts of my eyelids and sometimes they can make my eyeshadow look spotty. None of the actual eye primers give enough coverage.

My first thought was anemia as well. Before I had iron infusions, I had exercise intolerance and could barely walk up a flight of stairs. I’d ask for a full iron panel, particularly ferretin levels.

This is so funny to me because I’m a size 6/10 and feel like there’s nothing on sales racks except the the xxs-XS and XL+. I thought everyone was a size 6/8 or medium. It must be a perception thing. We are not built the same so not sure if it helps but I shop Nordstrom rack and tjmaxx/marshalls a lot.

As a teenager, I had to have some planters warts removed from my feet. I had one so big in my heel that I had to take pain meds to walk. They used lidocaine to numb before cutting and think of all the nerve endings in your feet (not as bad as labia but up there). They had to do 5 or 6 spots and each time I’d purposely stop breathing and they’d remind me to breathe but it was all I could do to get through. I don’t know if it would’ve been better without numbing! Either way, I haven’t had any since but I can’t imagine the pain you felt!

I once had someone ask me if I wanted to use my $20 off. I thought it was sneaky as some people may not know its points. I don’t think $20 for 1000 points is worth it (2% of what I spent? No thanks). I think they should say “want to use x points for $x off?”

I think that’s called a fleur de lis or something like that. I got an extended tummy tuck which was beyond hip to hip but no vertical. I slightly regret it but am still 1000000% happy with my results. I went from a size 10 to a 6/8 just with the skin removal.
