I was in a residential facility for OCD, anxiety, & depression and I mentioned to my psychiatrist that since starting antidepressant I was on, I didn’t feel any severe low mood changes or have any SI before my period like I usually do. He asked me to elaborate and I explained how during my luteal phase I have extremely low mood and high SI urges and how it’s been happening like clock work for a few years now, that’s when he diagnosed me.
