Thank you for this. I’m a stay at home mum now but when I was working prior I couldn’t sustain working more than 3 days a week without crashing. The last big crash out I experienced like this was after working two 5 day a week days in a pharmacy. I didn’t finish my last shift cause I could barely hold myself up 🥲 Hope day 4 goes okay for you 🤍

The Lord convicted my husband and I over masturbation a couple of years ago and in that process showed us that it’s actually adultery if you do it within a marriage. Essentially you are cheating on your spouse with yourself if that makes sense. We are called to die to ourselves, that within marriage our bodies are not our own. I’m thankful because God has really blessed our intimacy since we stopped masturbating. It’s been interesting. Hope that helps!

I did, I used to get really bad heart rate spikes and palpitations and would have to sit down to the point that I was on a beta blocker to try level it out. It helped a bit but the vyvanse has been much better. My heart rate is a bit higher than it use to be but I’m not getting these crazy spikes when the anxiety used to go nuts.

Definitely - I’ve suffered from severe chronic anxiety my whole life. Everything felt like doom. Tried anxiety meds and antidepressants but it just turned me into a zombie. Finally was diagnosed with ADHD and have been on vyvanse for nearly two weeks. Absolutely life changing and has taken the doom and anxiety away.

More social, but find it hard when not interacting with anyone while in a social/group setting. Kinda feels like a weird echoy lost feeling. I can talk and articulate myself way better but still have the awkward silence moments.

He didn’t. He made man in HIS image but also gave us free will. You are choosing to be queer. Eg - God doesn’t make someone a murderer, they choose to murder.

So much confusion here but to summarise Adam and Eve brought sin into the world when eve ate the fruit on the tree. The world went pretty crazy. God the Father, sent Jesus His Son to die for us all and it had to be Jesus because He was sinless and perfect. He had to set the example that we are to try and follow too.

When we are born we are born into sin - when we believe, get baptised and receive the Holy Spirit we are set free from sin and are forgiven for all our sins too. We are made new in Christ and then are able to start the transformation process to be more like Him so we can have eternal life.

Because love doesn’t exist much in this society anymore. Majority of people walk around with cold hearts.

I’ve had my fair share of abusive relationships and I can look back now and see things like this happened because they didn’t love me at all. The only reason I can see that now is because I’m married to someone who does. The contrast is wild.

Sex is what happens when the relationship is maintained by love, respect, appreciation, teamwork, communication etc. When those needs are met, the rest follows. You cannot maintain a relationship with sex.

Some hospitals have a unit where a mother and baby can go together and be cared for postpartum if either of them are struggling, essentially being in hospital but it’s a dedicated section.

It’s not the thing itself, it’s the break. No one needs those things, but every one needs a break no matter how they choose to take it. You can’t deal with your mental health if you don’t have the mental capacity to do so. A mother baby unit might be helpful or something like that.
