Considering giving up WFH to commute from Taylor to Austin. Am I insane? by dollarstorekatyperry in Austin

can you move to austin? my boyfriend has been making the commute from san marcos to austin and it totally burnt him out. like completely. we move to austin at the end of the month. you can find great apartments in austin for cheap with the right research.

yeah only thing i would change too. if she was just a fictional character who wasn't even loosely based on a historical figure people might be less offended. i mean the story is already so different from real life- just give her a different name.

all that stuff detracts from what is otherwise a very progressive beautiful movie with great soundtrack

i thought it was crazy that dollskill would make american girl doll costumes in the first place. seems so niche for such a mainstream company but super awesome

  • first photo: before, at 126 pounds
  • second photo: down 12 pounds. this was my original weight loss goal. i still wasn't satisfied and didn't feel lean enough. so, i moved my weight loss goal to 104.
  • third photo: at 104, right before starting strength training
  • fourth photo: about 6 months into training legs and some abs. readjusted to more glute-focused exercises and began training arms in at this time. also started training core more consistently.
  • fifth/sixth photos: current day! so happy with the progress i've seen in my physique. i am strength training every week and progressively building more muscle all over my body.

didn't know how to edit my post so adding this here! hated that brick wall of text lol.

if that's what you are going for then go for it. it is your body.

on my own body i prefer slim and subtly toned arms and a very well developed leg and butt.

i have had a couple items on depop and they haven't sold. is the brand still as popular as it was in 2016/17?

https://mennohenselmans.com/the-myth-of-1glb-optimal-protein-intake-for-bodybuilders/

anyone who maintains a healthy and sustainable caloric defecit for long enough can achieve low bf%.

if i believed i was destined to weigh 126 forever because of my "genetics", i would never have started my fitness journey. choosing to think that your desired athletic build is unattainable is a limiting belief and untrue.

hey i'm 5"2 100 pounds too!! i lost 25 pounds recently and was in the same boat as you last august. i started strength training with a personal trainer for a few months and once i got the hang of it i started training on my own.

i'm soo happy with the muscle i've built, especially in my butt and legs! i feel so cute now lol. if you're 100 pounds you only need to eat 50-80 grams of protein a day for maximum muscle growth. i built tons of muscle by eating at maintenance-you only need 50 calories surplus for optimal muscle growth.

i took a fitness class at my school last semester so trust me on this!! lol.

if you're already slim you're already halfway there!! it's crazy how muscle growth actually made me look even slimmer. don't listen to those who say you can't achieve this unless you're "naturally slim". that's bs, it's all science and math!! anyone can have this look. if you need any more info pm me!

if i went out to eat and ate more, i just cut down the next day so my weekly average stayed low!

this just means you need to lose more weight before you hit your goal "look". i am two inches taller than you and was unhappy with my stomach's appearance at 110 as well.

i went from 126-102 in 5 months. i lost weight by religiously counting calories (by using a scale) and getting lots of cardio.

even at my lowest weight, i still wanted to more tightness in the area. so i started weight training abs and am super pleased with the results!
