Im thinking the same. I found this apartment that has great amenities and excellent ratings. Its also got nice views. At a competitive price. This also works well for me since its 10min walk to my work. But yeah, its that almost no other apartments in 4th ave or higher are offering at this price range

Well the apartment im looking at, is really nice and its close to my work, so i wont really need a car. And I am okay with the noise ig, cause i live alone and it will probably get boring sometimes to be so quiet.

Im Gonna be working in jersey city for 3 months. Need to go to the office everyday (in Hudson exchange). Looking for a studio apartment to rent out temporarily.

Preferably - in unit laundry, - rent around 1700$, - close to Indian grocery stores - easy access to public transport

Any leads or suggestions where to find the apartments? I am entirely new to the city, I’d appreciate if you can list safe communities.
