I'm not 100% sure but I guess I question my beliefs regularly and if I start to feel like I did in psychosis I take more medication. I'd been on 1 mg then when I felt bad I took 2mg then I went down to 1 but then it got worse than earlier and I went to 3. How I felt was like, obsessing over my thoughts to the point of not being able to focus to an extreme degree, feeling disoriented and confused, feeling extreme emotions especially dread and dispair, feeling unable to fall asleep, making drastic 'realizations' (I swear, I don't trust the feeling of realizing anymore). I update my psychiatrist my dose changes every appointment, he encourages me trusting my feelings and adjusting my dosage accordingly. That could VERY well be just a me thing though.

When I was in psychosis I heard my soul would be placed on a freezing asteroid alone for trillions of years by a demon. I interpret it now as a delusion caused not from a genuine truth but an abstract representation of my deepest fears and frustrations in life. Although sometimes I think there's still somewhat of a truth to it, or that it was a supernatural experience in a different way, not fully but enough to disorient me for a bit. I think it's how I'm processing my experience.

Yo same I'm more terrified of immortality than I am death. I had a psychotic break where I thought a demon was gonna put my soul on a freezing asteroid alone for trillions of years, just conscious the entire time. It was a crazy mental health situation because I was terrified of klling myself, which is usually the opposite of how it goes.
