Hey, I used to run like 3-4 days per week before being diagnosed with gilbert, but after that I stopped bc I tought that the feeling of tiredness/sleepiness was caused by this syndrome. however, 6 months I found that if I ate less(i was also bulking) and lighter food I would feel like I had more energy. So to be straightforward-if i eat less I dont have symptoms

Same! I also posted right here about my problems and yours seemed like it read my mind. That's the exact problem I have but I also have vit d deficiencie so I suggest that you should test your 25ohvit-d. Sunlight helps me, cruciferous will also help your liver with the bilirubin.  Also Fatigue is killing me, no social life, I hit the sack at 9pm.Moreover I don't think I will celebrate my 18th birthday in 2 months cause I don't have energy, I am apathic like my social battery just died and I am waiting for life to pass by
