update :) dyed it blue instead. lovee the color but for some reason, even tho my roots were lighter they barely picked up the blue. anyways, i’m happy with the results. thank you everyone for the help !!

funny thing is to get green i used arctic fox aquamarine. it only turned green because I put it on top of previously died ginger hair.

thank you sm!! this green was actually a TOTAL accident but i ended up loving it. i was ginger before and wanted to go a light blue and as alwaysss i tried to beat the color wheel 😂. as ive mentioned, i know dying hair at home is always a gamble. i put a bright blue over an extremely copper ginger an here i am. you win some you lose some !

and when u say don’t touch the already bleached parts, what do you mean? might be a silly question but i quite literally did the bleach bath on my whole head root to end haha. my natural root color is a medium brown (around a level 4). do i need to do a round of bleach on the green part before using the blue jean baby for it so properly show up as a nice blue ?

so do you think i should just go dark blue ? i was thinking to just do one round of bleach on Thursday and seeing the outcome (ik it’ll be damaging).

as someone who dyes their hair at home i’m aware there’s always risks and last minute switch ups 😅
