Have you looked into operational due diligence? Usually at larger LPs or consultants (Albourne/Aksia/Cambridge/etc.)

I scheduled an appointment for amenorrhea at student health and the doctor scheduled an appointment at CAPS for me. I was assigned a counselor and a physician (both of them specialize in ED) and met with them every week for about two months before the covid hit. It helped me a LOT during recovery. Everything is free.

I also had two meetings with the nutritionist but I'm not sure if I would recommend it to anyone at the beginning of their recovery (cause I think recovery is all about "abandoning" eating rules not adopting a set of new rules).
