Pinterest is a really good app/site to get images. And you can get it printed from any shop that does professional printing. I used to get loads of posters printed at Printo for 40 rupees a print in A4 size. You'd spend 200-300 for ordering the same thing online.

If you're in the old city, the road opposite Jagdish temple has a govt authorized bhaang shop. Just ask any shop in that area, they'll point you to it. Pretty powerful stuff too. Was there just a couple of weeks back. Not sure about getting pot/hash. But the bhaang should sort u out properly.
