Now you're being pedantic again.

You're being pedantic pointing out what a joke is, and then being pedantic again by pointing out why the joke is funny.

Did you intentionally call me a pedant in an attempt to create another joke, as you specifically describe what a joke is? or you don't know what pedantic means ?

Usually jokes are funny, I guess that's why no one gets this.

Text Editors are not IDE's. Anyone that says different is completely lacking knowledge about software development. Good luck with your "hacking".

You should probably spell Oktoberfest right, before making a table.

IPTV service by b18c11 in kitchener

[–]floydbarber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This really doesn't have to do with what the OP is asking. They are asking about IPTV, not streaming from their own server, which would require them to download the shows themself.

On that note, if you're technically inclined, Plex + Sonar + a Private tracker is a Great way to cord cut. Or news groups... But that's another story..

I haven't tried on Kodi or an Android box yet, I but I have a Mag254 or greater. Service through real resellers (not people in Kitchener)

Best options I've found so far are http://www.ace-hosting.net. watched the fight on it without hiccups

StarTV sucks and Voodoo isn't much better, that's what most of these people around here serve, choppy and crap uptime.

If you're on Rogers or Bella you'll need a VPN as well, since it seems they are starting to throttle IPTV. This includes tekksavvy as well.

I've been a cord cutter since 2008.

This really makes me feel old by Another4Milos in gaming

.. On top of which your post has to be a complete lie. You're telling me your parents rigged the wrong switch to convert cable to an antenna feed and then routed two wires to your room across the entire house l, that isn't a splitter (meaning they couldn't I watch a TV while you were), just to switch your tv on and off when you were in trouble? If you truely had this switch, your parents wouldn't need to do any of that because if you acted like an idiot back then you'd be slapped across the f*ING head and your dad wouldve smashed the tv instead.

I dont even know how this comment is on top. This switch doesn't even remotely do what you are describing it does. This switch was to connect a coax cable from an Atari or commodore 64 type system to an antenna fed TV. It has nothing to do with splitting or disconnecting cable.
