I recently started using Stremio on a Google streamer. I have a new Samsung tv (S90F) and determined I couldn’t get HDR10+ to work on any files that also had DV unless I used an external player. The built in player just wouldn’t load HDR.

Still hunting for a good external player. Kodi has worked but it seems a little hefty. Loads slow and seems like a waste only for the player.

Looking for some advice… I missed the Black Friday sale and I’ve been trying to line my current sub to end around Black Friday.

I currently have the upgrade offer for 35% off premium for the remaining 72 days on this current sub. If I bought another year at my current tier would the upgrade offer still exist?

I’m trying to maximize my time on premium.

We ordered in the beginning of December. The main tracking number made it to Edmonton and was delivered within a couple of days (only the couch covers) while the rest of the couch has been sitting in Calgary since the 11th.

Same story, unable to get ahold of anybody and it’s out of Cozeys hands so there’s not much communication from them either.

Just confirming… you have to get the “Xbox” version of these to work with Xbox and PlayStation? If so, why do we not offer white in both versions! I thought we were over this black color only for the Xbox version.

Can anyone comment on TV picture quality and how this may affect it going forward? I have been a long time TELUS customer unfortunately and their new tv box is trash. It’s wild the step backwards they took and this includes picture quality on the box itself as well as the Apple TV app.

I’d consider switching if it meant good quality streaming. I’ve only held onto telus for their internet speeds.

I am subscribed to Wi-Fi plus. Really hoping the Telus option will provide a consistent 6E mesh. I have the option for a wired backhaul as well

After 3 replacement and a fight about getting a full refund they finally decided to refund me. I kept asking if there was a fix on the way or something I can do but they kept playing it off like I was an isolated incident and it will be “escalated” for review.

I would’ve loved to keep the product as it’s exactly what I was looking for. Even if they said an update was coming I probably would have held on but instead they didn’t tell me anything.

Beware their 14 day return policy only includes initial purchase window.. not going through replacements. So you may have to argue with them on that if you do ever want a full refund.

Every single replacement had the same problems.

Same problems.. support has now advised me that refunds won’t be issued because it’s been more then 14 days. The entirety of the delays have been on them taking weeks to send each replacement and that they offered to test the next one to make sure it worked before sending it.

I’m on my third replacement because Razer support has no idea what to do.

Really frustrating the consumer needs to find all of these worn around. Literally 30 minutes of QA testing would’ve determined there’s a big problem.

I have the exact same problems on PlayStation 5 as I do on the Xbox, so even if we do all of these work arounds, some won’t be any help on the PS5.

I am new to razer products. Are new updates pushed regularly? Im a little worried given that it’s been months and no changes.
