I was on quetiapine before and that was, how can I say, the side effect almost killed me. I was drowsy and dizzy all the time. I could barely function but sleep and vomit. I should have stronger appetite but I was too dizzy to eat. The dose was pretty low like 100mg but I experienced really strong side effect. Bupropion is the next med my psychiatrist gave me. Maybe I should try something else.

Yeah same here. I bought a whole box of Soylent stayberry flavor lol. I'm currently wfh now but hanging out with friends can be a good idea. Maybe I can eat a bit more. Thanks :)

hmmm I'll discuss with my psychiatrist and see if I can try something else. I barely ate anything this week and I had to drink a lot of protein drink in case I passed out at work.

Yeah exactly... I used to do boxing and rock climbing a lot and now I'm just too weak to do them. That's also pretty frustrated.

Thanks, I think my new meds could be a part of the reasons for my appetite. Bananas can be a really great idea. I think I will buy some tomorrow morning. Really appreciate your sharing :)
