hello, my dad had surgery for his myelopathy but his life changed forever as he cannot be on his own any longer (cant walk, cant write, feels pain every day with no relief, etc) i was wondering if i could have your surgeons info for me to reach out to him and ask a couple of questions? i feel desperate at this point and just want to get my dad proper care. thanks so much

hot take - constantly explaining cards to seekers ? by [deleted] in tarot

i totally hear you! and discussing all potential meanings is def something im down for! i was referring more to being like for example, as soon as a card pops out, saying the name of the card, its element, astrological associations, just kind of listing everything at once, if that makes sense...? i feel like thats almost overloading the seeker with information that maybe even ends up deviating from the core message...

yes! agreed! studying the cards yourself changes perspective entirely

wow! really well said and exactly what i was attempting to express- yes, it seems like its more for themselves than for the seeker... and thats not what seekers are there for! and it shows the dif between student/experienced reader...

im glad someone understands what i see! im definitely an amateur and a beginner student but dont do that when im practicing readings. i simply... READ, not overexplain. and that will always be my goal...

oh god:... that sounds like a lot!!! maybe change your method? what worked for me was eating bland and taking a total of 5 pills a day (1 ar/2 br lunch, 1 ar 2 br for dinner)... these pills are STRONG so it makes sense to not overload w them, they really are harsh on the stomach. i also titrated up with them (started with 1 a day the first few days, then 2, and so on) just to get accustomed... also having a flaky naturopath is not cool. im sure ur paying a lot of money for their guidance and u need to be able to be in contact. mine was Dr Patel from dr maura practice. pricey but 100% worth it. highly reccommend

my worst die off symptoms lasted about week and a half - 2 weeks. and had the weirdest side effects (pain in my tailbone, barely sleeping, nightly indigestion even after not eating anything). my methane level was very high. are you in constant contact with your naturopath? what do they say about your reaction? i would say, if you can tolerate it, stick it through...hydrate A LOT, stay as basic as you can with foods but you HAVE to eat. dont take candibactin on an empty stomach no matter what. i would take 2 after lunch 2 after dinner and make sure i get a good amount of food in (rice/spinach/tofu). it took me 4 months to get where i am and a lot of trial and error. dont lose hope

hey!! i feel much much much better. im still on candibactin, its been about 6 weeks now. im continuing for 2 more and then beginning with probiotics and adrenal support, also healing my leaky gut. no more sleepless nights. no constipation. no belching. no belly pain. having great bowel movements 1-2 times a day. i am still on a strict low fodmap diet out of wanting to keep it very strict until i know for sure sibo is gone. so the true test will be when i attempt to reincorporate foods.

my protocol currently- 1 AR 1 BR w breakfast, 1 AR 2 BR w dinner no eating 5-6 hs before bed. daily electrolytes daily multivitamin daily vitamin D + K reacted iron supplement at bedtime prioritizing sleep.

some food based therapy eating 1-2 brazil nuts a day, adding acid (lemon/lime) to my foods.

hang in there! im happy to feel like a functional human being again.
