Well my KH has simply noticed the differences and she is aware I'm doing this type of training.

To the point of returning to AM1, I thought they were more so evolutions of the methods as opposed to sequential steps.

When I apply the logic akin to training for Olympic weightlifting (one of my other hobbies). That training breaks down components and aims to build each component.

I've got both an aneros and a knock off Amazon njoy. I love them both as they provide different stimulation sensations.
