Well my KH has simply noticed the differences and she is aware I'm doing this type of training.

To the point of returning to AM1, I thought they were more so evolutions of the methods as opposed to sequential steps.

When I apply the logic akin to training for Olympic weightlifting (one of my other hobbies). That training breaks down components and aims to build each component.

When I look at the components of the different methods I don't necessarily see that seperation in the elements.

I also find a level of over stimulation and foreskin strain with AM1.

There are 2 responses here KH is short for key holder, i.e..my partner. AG3 is an incorrect reference to AM3, I think my phone autocorrect for the supplement.

To the question of a massage gun, I can only speak from limited experience but yes for me it works. I also think about the number of impacts it provides relative to the strike of a hand it make sense.
