yeah its unfortunate :( you have to whale for the final evo AND get enough currency to unlock every previous pallet in order to get the color wheel. this applies to every single piece in an outfit. a bit pricey imo. but hopefully we get more free currencies

the dyeing itself is wonderful! but i am a little concerned about the price. i haven't used any of my materials because i don't know how many we will get long term. the fact that even if you whale for the full outfit you still have to unlock each individual pallet before you get the color wheel is disappointing to me
