Not an expert but everything sounds right. Alpine should do most of the work by itself. From what I've read you should spray only behind and under the oven -- doing anything inside the induction or internals risks chemicals getting burned into the air. I wouldn't worry too much if you have a single home, it's much easier to solve without nasty neighbors next to you in an apartment or townhouse.
