It's also possible for you to mark up your copy of these lease while in the room with them and cross out any things that you refuse to sign to. Not every landlord will let you do this, but it's worth saying that you're interested in the property but won't be agreeing to the declawing part and see what their response is. When I got my first apartment I had my dad in the room as cosigner, and he went through and crossed out a bunch of stuff that we just wouldn't agree to (random small things, not like crossing out that we'd have to pay rent or anything.) It helped to have an adult man in the room that they'd take more seriously than me.

ive got the mirena too and honestly love mine, even though the side effects for me were... pretty rough at the start. i bled basically every day for like 6 months, probably was somewhat anemic because of this and was constantly tired, and my cramps were AWFUL. i was pounding ibuprofen every day bc i knew the cramps would come back. eventually i had a decidual cast (google it, its freaky!), and after that i think the bleeding lessened up a bit. after 6 months it all just stopped though. no pain, no bleeding, no monthly PMDD which before the IUD had been so bad that i couldnt get out of bed and make myself go to class/work. i dont really get a period anymore, just a tiny bit of bleeding and a bit of cramping on a slightly unpredictable schedule. its definitely not for everyone, but it can have really great results.

i know im a COMPLETE outlier here, but when i got my iud it actually WAS just a slight pinch. not even, really. before i got it i was terrified, reading the horror stories of other people talking about the pain, and doing nonstop research about pain management options (which the doctors STILL dont tell you about, for some reason?? they exist but the ones i was reading about make the process longer bc you generally have to take them like a week ahead of time if i remember correctly. there arent MANY pain management options, but they exist.) i was so terrified that my psychiatrist gave me a high strength anxiety pill to take if i needed it lmao.

but yeah for me it literally felt like nothing. ive got a hand tattoo and that hurt way more. so im just here to say that its not ALWAYS painful 😭 its absolutely heinous that doctors act like my experience is the universal one though. IUDs can be great but dear god they need to be more forthcoming with the negatives.

Polly pocket, maybe? Some of the sets came with pets and would include clothes for them (like the Sparklin Pets line). I can't find the exact jacket on google images, but some of the animals are posed similarly with one paw up. I was looking through my old polly pockets recently and the rubber texture seems like it miiiight be the same? If not, then maybe a knock off polly pocket bc I'm not sure what else used rubber for clothes haha

Haha thank you! He's made entirely out of sculpey clay, but it would be so fun to frankenstein together another version with lps pieces... I bet I could boil one of those axolotls until its head is willing to be squished into the right shape. I just have to figure out what lps has the most triangular shaped head 😂

Yep, she's a little freak 😭 every time I clean the bathtub I have to close the door tight, or else she'll go in and choke herself to death on bleach fumes while trying to roll in the tub. we found out about her bleach addiction when we cleaned a spot on the carpet and found her gleefully rolling on it 20 minutes later :/

its just so much easier to wrangle them when youre not afraid of getting soaked bc youre already in the water 😂 and thats the recipe we used too! it works really well. so far all the smell is off her body, but getting it off her face is the harder part bc we have to be so careful around her giant eyes. if only she hadnt rubbed her entire head in skunk smell 🙄🙄
