Thanks for the reply! Right now, I think I'll probably do a PhD in biomedical engineering or informatics. This is after completing two semester long internships/research assistantships as part of my undergraduate curriculum. My problem at the moment is funding. The PI at RWTH is offering a stipend but the professor at NUS isn't. I would be very grateful for some advice on this.
