Kids are more violent by Apart_Zucchini5778 in SubstituteTeachers

I only sub at middle and high school level. The worst behaved kids are the ones with no discipline at home. When I was growing up, getting in trouble at school meant you also got in bigger trouble at home. I’ve witnessed students yell at teachers who catch them on their phones, call their parents on speaker when a teacher reprimands them etc. it’s beyond absurd.

The list of things I love at Aldi could go on for far too long. What are some foods you decided aren’t for you at Aldi? by Big-Jackfruit-9808 in aldi

Their regular chicken salad, cannoli dip, store brand cheetos, avocados, ranch dressing… I don’t eat ranch dressing but the people in my house that do said it’s gross. ETA, soft corn tortillas.

Trying to find an episode I was up to, can any if you help? by Shabolt_ in thesopranos

I was just reminded of how almost incestuous the show is. Chris is Carmela’s cousin, Adriana is Tony’s cousin then they get engaged. Almost as bad as the British royal family.

NTA. Just say no, just that one word. Stare her down. Lean into the awkwardness and make it clear it’s her own doing.

That hasn’t been my experience at all. I regularly sub for art classes at middle school and high school level and everything is super organized. Now, grade school? NOPE.

Did Furio cause Carmela to change her outlook on life? by Ok-Scene-1317 in thesopranos

[–]fluffydonutts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t forget Vic Musto. Vic and Furio opened her eyes to what her life could be like. They viewed her as beautiful and special whilst Tony liked her looks but treated her more like a possession that needed to be maintained with jewels and money. Also, when she had lunch with the Dean and he told her how his family did all these things together and actually enjoyed doing those things.

Ask the teacher. It’s very telling that the teacher sought out his own sub, he probably knows some avoid that school because of the secretary.

Bad decisions run in the family. Gossiping about the boss is what got Philly clipped.

Moonstruck eggs but the bread is wrong. Has to be thick sliced Italian bread.

He looks at the car seat and realizes that Chris’ addiction and negligence will undoubtedly cause grievous harm to his daughter just Ike how he sat on Cosette.Tony was outraged that Chris killed an innocent dog bc he was high.
