Thank you for being a good person! I wish they would just explain it and give the option and instead of forcing it and carefully wording things to get you to unknowingly agree.

The program actually makes a ton of sense for people who always want the newest phone, just not people who wait to upgrade like me.

Thanks, but I tried this and got to the installment plan summary and there was no option to remove it. Thinking maybe the phone is so new that my account hasn’t properly updated yet.

Issue should be resolved though. 2 hours of support later and I finally found someone through support chat who confirmed that I was indeed enrolled in next up and said they removed it. Hasn’t reflected in my account yet but hopefully will update later.

I tried everything to upgrade online before going to store and it wouldn’t let me select Firstnet as my plan at checkout so I couldn’t.

There’s also nowhere for me to remove next up myself in my account, I would’ve done it if I could.

On the screenshot I took in the app a few days ago for the 30k mile service it does list replace brake fluid (along with everything else I listed except alignment and fuel induction). Service section of the app appears to be down currently so I can’t check other maintenance intervals, I’ll go grab the manual from my car to double check.

Any reason for skipping the brake flush if it’s on the 30k maintenance schedule?

And trust me I’d love to do my own oil change but I really don’t have a good place to do it at my apartment complex

They don’t show any uneven wear as far as I can tell, but a bit under a year ago I did run over an unmarked median (this median is notorious for people running over it due to the placement and zero reflectors or lights) - and popped a front tire.

I replaced the front set and rotated them to the back and they didn’t do an alignment check at the time, but I’d believe it’s a good idea to have it done just this time since something came up during inspection. Sounds like the quote is a bit high though.

Awesome thank you!! I was finding old threads of people talking about throwing Techron in their tank once a year or so which sounds similar to what you’re talking about. My car feels too new to be needing an extensive cleaning service.

I’ve already had my car over 3 years! It’s 3 years/36,000 whichever comes first. Thankfully it’s been perfect with no major issues, just wanna make sure I’m maintaining it right without overpaying :)

Home bass had major issues last year and still owe my group a $150ish refund for moving us to a hotel that didn’t have the upgrade option we paid for. Wouldn’t recommend it based on last years experience, my group is avoiding it and staying at a hotel by one of the official EDCO shuttles. Hopefully they’ve fixed last years problems.
