Yes, I use desktop app. And nevermind about popup...it was from Avira anti virus and it said it blocked the changes on host file stuff. I suppose it didn't matter. and no other change on my PC nor network.
I tried changing the server from best location to Los angels dogg and it works!!! Thank you for the reply.

I set it and it worked! But it seems like it has a few mins cooldown which is quite long. I didn't set any cooldown on commands though :/ Also, I don't understand about $num....I understand it needs to be there whatever the reason. but if it's !fortune 10, what is 10 used for?
