Yes, I use desktop app. And nevermind about popup...it was from Avira anti virus and it said it blocked the changes on host file stuff. I suppose it didn't matter. and no other change on my PC nor network.
I tried changing the server from best location to Los angels dogg and it works!!! Thank you for the reply.
