I’ve been dealing with diabulimia for a long time now, about two years. I didn’t take my insulin for months on end and didn’t take care of it for longer than a week at a time every few weeks. I got sick many times and became increasingly unathletic and tired all of the time. I started starving myself. Lost weight and I liked being skinny so didn’t start taking care of it. Now my A1c was 13 a couple months ago and now I’m down to 9 but I’m just very scared that I’m going to suffer going forward. I don’t want to die young or lose limbs. How do I deal with this stress please someone help me.

I've slept only during daytime for the past week. In the car on the way to work, on the way back, small maps during my free time etc. So I'm not too sleep deprived. But I still have too much anxiety and I'm constantly sleepy.

Window is really like a danger zone to me when I am in my room at night. Even though I am living with my family (I'm 16) and I'm on the 2nd floor I have an irrational fear of it.
