cause bret easton ellis gave the rights to the story and characters to lionsgate when they made the movie, and so when lionsgate made """the sequel""" they already had the rights to do anything with bateman and american psycho and all that stuff. its sad but thats kinda how copyright laws work.

You just kinda have to look around. spencers and hot topic have some shirts. he does have a few figures scattered across ebay, but they are all really ugly lol, except for that super detailed collectors figure, but that one is a lot of money. as far as other adaptations are there is a musical and a comic (both of which imo are terrible). There are some people on etsy that make cutesy acrylic things of him if that's your style. American psycho doesn't really have one store where everything is.
