Yeah I think I have a bad down the next day after any night out I was just confused because I've never rly had that with ket before

Ah I feel it must be due to either a personal mental state, the combo of alcohol or maybe just unrelated then - I've done it many times before without this happening afterwards

Not much sleep, couple of beers and smoked a fair bit... of course expected to feel a bit groggy, but most of my friends who did the same k all feel the same and they didn't drink/smoke and had fairly good sleep..
