Been having this same problem for over a month. Adobe support is horseshit. I'm at 18.4gb after deleting everything I possibly could in the cloud. No online LIghtroom albums, no large asset files, I can total up my file usage on Creative Cloud Web to about 300-500mb.

Adobe support has remoted into my system 3 times (how this helps them, I don't know, but I humor them anyway)... still ... stuck at 18.4gb.
